Gainesville in January
Thought you might enjoy looking at your home in Gainesville. Flowers are blooming, leaves coming back to the oaks and crape myrtles. A little different than New Mexico.
Oh and today I walked by the other.

Mom's minutes at Gainesville home
Saturday August 4 Mom was taken from the Village of Osprey to the City of Gainesville and got the 15 minute tour of our Gainesville home. We took pictures to prove to her we drove there and back without having to rent a room for the night - for the driver.

New Mexico 2012
NEW MEXICO 5-27/6-7/12
Dan and Ali took a week long cruise to Alaska and I got to come to NM and babysit Dexter, Ophelia, and Bosley. It was a great time! The dogs were OK but Dexter was outstanding! He was terrific to be with—wonderful to have him talking so much. We had fun reading, going to the parks, taking walks, going to the zoo, and, of course, riding the bike. Thankfully Allan came for 5 days around the weekend so he was able to ride bikes with Dexter (I’m not a biker) and Dex rides so fast that it is impossible to keep up just walking. He never once had a potty mishap proving what a big boy he has become. We baked banana bread and Dex got out all the ingredients and helped, helped, helped. It was yummy!

This was the prettiest NM has seemed to me with so many trees
and shrubs in bloom. While Dex was in
school on Friday Allan and I took a road trip through the surrounding area
finding the delightfully artsy small
town of Madrid full of fun shops and people playing music as we walked
around. This was a spot to return to
next time. Dan and Ali had a great trip,
too. So, it was a wonderful time for
all of us!
